SIPIC RG Inauguration

SIPIC RG was inaugurated on the 6th of May, 2019 at an event at Tunde Afolabi Hall of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State at about 10:00 am. Among others, the participants at the high table were the University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Elijah O. Omidiora (CSE), Dr John A. Ojo (EEE); Dr (Mrs) Alice O. Oke (CSE), Mr Fola Omotosho (EEE); Dr Adeleye S. Falohun (CSE) and Dr (Mrs) Olayinka T. Adedeji (CSE). The Programme was a one-day seminar to introduce the University Community to the activities of the Research Group. 

Since the Inauguration ceremony, SIPIC RG Organises free Artificial Intelligence Training every last Friday of the Month.

The SIPIC Group will focus on developing theoretical aspects of signal processing as well as applying these techniques to a broad range of practical problems including image processing, signal processing techniques, intelligent systems and networks, computer vision and robotics
